Tom is the founder of Bookminders, where he developed a transformative approach to outsourced bookkeeping and pioneered a remote-first employment model that prioritizes flexibility and work-life balance.
In 2020, Tom made a commitment: solve America’s democratic design flaw without changing any laws. Wilson's Fountain is the result of that promise — six years of research, development, and quiet persistence.
